One of the main issues for the company will be to search the right distributor, who understands the idea and values of the drink but at the same time will be able to achieve needed sales volumes. To do that the company should search for local distributors, specialising in niche products, for instance sellers of rare alchohol beverages or snacks, not widely exported to Russia.
One of possible candidates to be our distributor is company "Almira". The company distributes "Dr Pepper". This drink is similar to ours by the target audience and channels of distribution. This company is familliar with it and already has experience and contracts with partners on the needed market. It is present on the market for 5 years and managed to create strong reputation and is perfect match in our deal. It is also a good choice consearning possible further expansion, it is present in many russian cities.
